Our refund policy is valid for 7 days upon you receiving your package. We will inspect the returned item and it is in good original condition, we will refund the cost of the item.

If for any reason your goods are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct products you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct products.
Please do not dispose of the items and keep it in its original packaging until we have exchanged it. We will require proof of purchase at your request.
Please note: Buyer is responsible for return postage cost. Refunds do not include the postage paid.
