For our Australian customers:
FREE shipping within Australia for orders value at $199.00 or more.
The Standard shipping rates with authority to leave:
- Standard parcel under 2kgs: $14.95
- Parcels above 2kgs:$19.95
The Express shipping rates (Australia wide):
- Express shipping (up to 4kgs): $25.95
For your peace of mind, request for 'Signature on Delivery' for an additional cost. All shipping options are presented during checkout.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days.
When orders are delivered by Australia Post, you will receive a tracking number.
Please contact us directly if you require urgent delivery.
For our international customers:
We now ship internationally (except UK). Please use the courier shipping calculator on the cart page to calculate the actual shipping cost. If you require express service, please contact us directly.
Estimated delivery time:
Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)
Please note, we do not ship bulky items internationally and have a limit of 2kg.
Pre-orders/Backorders:
For shipping/delivery date, please refer to the product description.
If you wish to receive your in-stock products at the earliest availability, please do not include Pre-order/Backorder items in your order, we recommend placing two separate orders, however, this also means it will incur two postage costs.
Products shipped directly from KOREA
Estimate delivery time: 14-21 business days, with tracking and insurance. If you require an urgent order, please kindly contact us directly.

We accept most credit cards through multiple payment platforms. We will only process your order when full payment is made. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Once your parcel is shipped and is handled by Australia Post, it will be Australia Post's full responsibility to ensure the parcel is delivered successfully.
